What We Do

Accreditation, Accountability, & ComplianceCollect, analyze, and report on assessment and enrollment data for compliance.
Complete annual reports in compliance with Title II, EARS, CAEP, USN&WR
Data Quality
Help to ensure that the data in Banner is accurate and up-to-date.
Check that students are enrolled in the correct major and concentration
Create attributes to track specific groups of students

Customized Reports in MyReports
Work with programs to create a report that you can adjust the filters and pull on your own as needed.
Student course records, email lists, program enrollments

Course Data: What majors are taking this course?
SCH Data: How many of our credit hours come from outside the COEHS?
Course Trends: How often should we offer this course?
Time to Degree: How long do students take to complete?
Feeder Schools: What high schools are our students coming from?
Student Lists: Which students meet a certain set of criteria?
Data Dashboards
Create and maintain dashboards to make data accessible to everyone in the college.
Examples: SCH, Enrollment, Admissions, Completions.
